Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at The Edison in Walt Disney World

Cinco de Mayo is coming up this weekend, and of course you can definitely celebrate the holiday at Walt Disney World. The Edison within the Disney Springs area of Walt Disney World will have great offerings to enjoy for this Cinco de Mayo.  These special offerings will include the Diablo Burger, the Flor de Maravilla cocktail and the Crooked Stave Von Pilsner.  These will definitely help you get into the spirit of this fun holiday!

Here is the breakdown of each of these amazing menu items:

• The Diablo Burger:  It has been described as “an explosion of Latin flavor,” which sounds like the perfect burger for the holiday.  It is a 10-ounce burger made of sirloin, short rib and brisket.  It is topped with a fried egg, Cotija cheese, jalapenos and salsa.
• Flor de Maravilla:  This delicious cocktail is the perfect pairing for The Diablo Burger.  It is made with Meastro Dobel Resposado Tequila, Ancho Reyes Ancho Chili Liquor, Maestro Dobel Humito, Solerno Blood Orange, Campari, Passion Fruit Cordial, blood orange juice all over ice with a strawberry and a cocoa chili rubbed rim.  It is the perfect blend of Latin flavors in a drink.
• Crooked Stave Von Pilsner:  This offering isn’t really a Cinco de Mayo themed beer, but it has been added to the list of offerings that are special for Cinco de Mayo.  This pilsner is a European pilsner that is made from German hops and doesn’t appear to have any ties to Latin flavors.
