Cast Member Turns Disaster into Magical Experience

When planning a magical trip to Walt Disney World, no one wants to think of possible disasters. From rides breaking down to kids melting down, disasters happen even in the most magical places on Earth.

Luckily for guests, there are fabulous Disney Cast Members throughout the Walt Disney World Resort to help when disaster strikes. During a recent trip to Magic Kingdom, one family experienced the magic of a Disney Cast Member when issues hit their vacation plans.

Cast Member Saves the Day

A disaster hit as one family prepared to experience Magic Kingdom’s newest coaster, Tron Lightcycle Run. Mom and Dad were ready to switch as their kids weren’t tall enough for this thrilling coaster. When they arrived at the cast member, disaster hit.

Their four-year-old daughter was unhappy that she would be left behind and miss out on the fun. Not missing a beat, the fantastic cast member Alex stepped in to save the day. Asking her how he could improve it, the young princess responded that she wanted to be her helper. And Alex made that happen.

Alex allowed her to help check in guests as they headed into Tron. Taking a moment to help out this outstanding cast member helped create some extra magic for this family when the day could have been ruined.
