Captain’s Grille Restaurant at Walt Disney World Relocating for Refurbishment

The Captain’s Grille at Walt Disney World’s Yacht Club Resort is a popular table service restaurant that serves a heavily steak and seafood-inspired menu to guests.  It has been confirmed that the restaurant will have to relocate for a very lengthy refurbishment in its current location.  The refurbishment is expected to run from May through Fall of 2017.

The restaurant will relocate to Ariel’s, which is in Yacht Club’s neighbor resort, Beach Club.  Ariel’s is a dining location that closed before 2000 and is used for private events, wedding receptions and other limited dining experiences.  We will update here as we learn more about this refurbishment and what changes are expected when the restaurant re-opens in the home location.
