A limited brunch offering is coming to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa on Saturday, February 11th at 12PM at Citricos.  This will be a five-course brunch  featuring award-winning Disney chefs from Victoria & Albert’s, Narcoossee’s, Grand Floridian Cafe, Citricos and Grand Floridian Bakery.  The cost of the brunch will be $169 per person, plus tax with gratuity and valet service included.  Champagne will be served with each dish to top off the experience.  These brunches are expected to continue periodically with different menus, with the next one planned for May 6, 2017.
The individual chefs who created the menu and offerings are Executive Chef Scott Hunnel, Executive Pastry Chef  Erich Herbitschek. Chef Dominique Filoni, Chef Noah Estabrook, Chef Nick Mussara, and Chef Lawrence Searl.
