We have very sad news to report. We have learned from Orlando Sentinel that there was a dead body found inside a burned vehicle on Walt Disney World Resort property. The vehicle was found near Disney’s Fantasia Gardens & Miniature Golf course. This miniature golf course on property is also located close to Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort. The body was found on Saturday morning, August 18th. Deputies were called just after 4 AM to assist Reedy Creek Fire Department as they were controlling the fire coming from the vehicle.
After the fire was completely extinguished that is when the officials were able to see that there was a body inside. The investigation is ongoing and there haven’t been any further details released at the time of this posting. The identity of the individual has yet to be shared.
