Disneyland Paris has closed its Toy Soldiers Parachute attraction unexpectedly. The thrill ride is now blocked off from the rest of Walt Disney Studios Park. Guests, who had planned their day around enjoying the themed experience, were taken aback by the unexpected news. Families and children, ready for fun, found themselves uncertain about their next moves within the park.

The Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop is a popular attraction located within Disneyland’s Toy Story Playland. This ride features themes drawn from Pixar’s iconic Toy Story films, immersing guests in a playful atmosphere reminiscent of a childhood toy box. When it opened in 2010, guests were wowed by its impressive 82-foot drop that simulates the feel of parachuting from great heights, perfectly capturing the adventurous spirit of the franchise.

Disneyland Paris did not disclose this refurbishment prior to the ride’s closure, prompting speculation and rumors from fans. According to online sources, Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop is expected to reopen on Friday, July 25.

Disneyland Paris’ Toy Story Playland is similar to Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, allowing visitors to explore and live out their own Toy Story adventures.

While the abrupt closure was an unwelcome surprise, the anticipation surrounding its reopening signifies the ride’s importance to the Disneyland experience. It stands as a reminder of the joy and excitement that Disney parks bring to families and fans all over the world. As they wait for news on the ride’s future, guests continue to cherish the memories made and look forward to reuniting with their beloved Toy Story adventure.
