We always love hearing about new and exciting food options at Walt Disney World. We have recently learned that Frontera Cocina has added a seasonal menu. The menu is expected to change every three months to feature new seasonal offerings from a different region within Mexico. The menu for this season is known as the “Taste of Baja” menu. This special menu will feature Baja-inspired dishes that are sure to excite the taste buds. The menu will include items like the following:
- Spicy Ahi Tuna Tostada
- Creamy Yucatecan Pumpkin Seed-Habanero Dip
- Baja Shrimp Tacos
Frontera Cocina is located at Disney Springs within Walt Disney World. If you haven’t been there, then you should definitely check it out. Per Disney: ‘Step inside and inhale an intoxicating aroma of epicurean delights. As you explore further, you’ll notice unique design elements planted throughout the airy space. Standout features include a fiery ceiling chandelier, an open kitchen and an impressive tequila-laden “Wall of Fame.”’
