Apparently Disney received a lot of negative feedback and press regarding the decision to remove the handles from the Rapid Refill mugs that are sold at all Walt Disney World resorts. There are no dates communicated yet about when the mugs with handles will make their return, but just word that the handles will be returning.
There is no word yet as to whether both will be offered or if the mugs with handles will make a full comeback and take over. So, if you are losing sleep over whether your mugs for your next vacation will have handles or not, hopefully we will have the final word soon on dates and will keep you posted!
