Disney World Reservations Fill at 3 Parks, Guests Redirected Elsewhere

Heads up, Disney fans. If you tried to book a park day for Tuesday, October 13, you may have hit a wall. The Disney Park Pass system showed no reservations available at three of Walt Disney World’s four parks, and Magic Kingdom showed none for Wednesday either.

And in the same stretch of the calendar, Disney is bumping up the maximum prices on four Lightning Lane Single Pass rides starting November 1. We’re keeping it tight to what the listings and reports say, and flagging every spot where the details run out. Let’s get into it.

Here’s what the system showed for today:

  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom (8am to 6pm): reservations available
  • EPCOT (9am to 9pm): no reservations available
  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios (9am to 9pm): no reservations available
  • Magic Kingdom (8am to 6pm): no reservations available

Only Animal Kingdom had a direct reservation open.

Tomorrow looks a bit better:

  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom (8am to 6pm): reservations available
  • EPCOT (9am to 9pm): reservations available
  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios (9am to 9pm): reservations available
  • Magic Kingdom (8am to 11pm): no reservations available

Don’t Read Too Much Into a Blank Screen

Here’s where we pump the brakes. “No reservations available” tells us exactly that. It doesn’t tell us why, and it doesn’t come with attendance numbers, so we’re not making any claims about how crowded a park is.

It’s also a snapshot. Availability can change throughout the day as reservations are added or released, so keep checking the My Disney Experience app. A park that shows no availability can open back up with no notice.

Passholder Workarounds

Annual Passholders have some tricks even when the preferred park is blank. Reserve at a park with availability, enter that park first, then use Park Hopper to visit the park without availability later in the day, capacity permitting.

Passholders can also visit without a theme park reservation after 2pm on any day, except Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom.

Flexible about where to start? Animal Kingdom is the only park with a direct reservation today. EPCOT and Hollywood Studios show availability tomorrow.

Now, the Price Tags

Starting Sunday, November 1, 2026, Disney is raising the maximum Lightning Lane Single Pass prices at four attractions. Single Pass is sold separately from the Multi Pass bundle, and prices move with the date and demand.

The new maximums:

  • TRON Lightcycle / Run (Magic Kingdom): $25 per person, up from $23
  • Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind (EPCOT): $25 per person, up from $22
  • Avatar Flight of Passage (Disney’s Animal Kingdom): $20 per person, up from $19
  • Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (Magic Kingdom): $18 per person, up from $15

That’s $1 to $3 above the previous reported highs, which were documented on October 29, 2025. A maximum isn’t necessarily what guests pay on any given date.

The $100 Ride

Three of Walt Disney World’s five Lightning Lane Single Pass attractions will carry a $25 maximum. Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is at that level too, though it isn’t part of this round of increases.

For a family of four, a Single Pass at TRON Lightcycle / Run or Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at the new maximum comes to $100 before tax. That’s on top of park admission, which can exceed $150 per person on certain dates and for certain ticket options.

Launch Price Versus Today

The reported launch maximums tell the story:

  • Seven Dwarfs Mine Train: $10 to $18, up 80 percent
  • Avatar Flight of Passage: $13 to $20, up about 54 percent
  • Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind: $14 to $25, up about 79 percent
  • TRON Lightcycle / Run: $19 to $25, up about 32 percent

Quick caution: these numbers show how the reported maximums have changed. They don’t show how the increases compare with inflation, and they don’t explain why Disney set its prices where it did.

Why November 1?

The new ceilings land just ahead of the holiday travel period. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom and Disney Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios begin in November, and EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays starts later in the month. The weeks around Thanksgiving and Christmas are popular travel periods, though crowd levels vary by date and park.

The timing alone doesn’t reveal Disney’s reasons or predict how guests will react, so we’re not drawing conclusions.

Cheaper Ways to Ride

If $25 per person isn’t in the budget, standby lines are available for TRON Lightcycle / Run and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. Both moved away from virtual queues in 2024, so don’t count on the former free boarding groups at 7:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. Check the app for current queue options and wait times.

Avatar Flight of Passage and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train also have standby lines. Eligible Disney resort hotel guests can use Early Theme Park Entry for extra time in the parks. Joining a standby line closer to posted closing time can sometimes help, but waits vary and a shorter line is never guaranteed.

Before you pay, compare the Single Pass price with the expected standby wait. If the line looks manageable or the price feels steep, the regular queue may be the better call.
