As with similar reports, the pinned location on the attached Google Maps screenshot may not reflect the exact location of the emergency response on Monday evening. It’s unclear whether the burglary occurred in a public area, backstage, or a guest room.
The EPCOT Resort area encompasses several Walt Disney World Resort hotels, including Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney’s Riviera Resort, and the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts (operated by Marriott). The burglary incident could have occurred at any of these locations.

As with most law enforcement responses on its property, Walt Disney World Resort did not issue a public statement regarding the alleged burglary on Monday night. If charges are filed, local law enforcement may eventually release more details, like a police report.
What Do Disney World Guests Need to Know?

Walt Disney World Resort guests aren’t reporting any operational impacts following the overnight law enforcement response at an EPCOT Resort Area hotel. Families shouldn’t expect any delays at the Central Florida Disney destination on Tuesday and beyond.
In general, guests who encounter law enforcement responses at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, hotels, and Disney Springs should avoid any blocked-off areas and follow any posted or verbal instructions from authorities. Disney does its best to minimize the impact of such incidents on other guests.
