Surprise Update: Disney Gives Passholders a Free Pass Into the Parks Next Week

Good news for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders—Disney just added another Good-to-Go Day to the calendar. On November 4, 2025, Passholders can visit select parks without a reservation, joining the other late October dates recently announced. For many, it’s another small but meaningful sign that spontaneity is creeping back into the Disney experience.

Over the last few years, the park reservation system has been one of the biggest pain points for frequent visitors. While it helped Disney manage crowd levels, locals and longtime fans often missed the ability to wake up, check the weather, and decide on a whim to spend the day at Magic Kingdom. Good-to-Go Days are Disney’s way of meeting in the middle—letting Passholders enjoy some of that flexibility again.

These days appear on both the theme park reservation and Annual Passholder admission calendars, as well as in the My Disney Experience app. And if you already booked a park for that date, Disney automatically cancels your reservation and frees up a slot for later. It’s a small perk, but it saves time and adds convenience.

Annual Passholders still need valid admission for entry, but Good-to-Go Days mean you can simply scan in and enjoy. Outside those days, reservation requirements depend on which pass you hold. The four main options are:

  • Pixie Dust Pass – $489 (Florida residents only)

  • Pirate Pass – $869 (Florida residents only)

  • Sorcerer Pass – $1,099 (Florida residents and DVC Members)

  • Incredi-Pass – $1,629 (Available to everyone, no blockouts)

Every pass includes free parking, discounts on food and merchandise, and add-ons like PhotoPass downloads or Water Park and Sports access for $109 each.

For many fans, these new Good-to-Go Days aren’t just about skipping a reservation—they’re about bringing back what Disney used to be for Passholders: freedom. Being able to walk into EPCOT for dinner or catch fireworks after work feels like part of the magic again.

As the holidays approach, more of these dates could appear on the calendar. And while it’s not a total return to the old days, each addition proves Disney is listening—and slowly making it easier for Passholders to enjoy the parks the way they used to.
