Disneyland is bringing an extra touch of luxury to Downtown Disney with the arrival of Lululemon, a globally renowned athletic apparel brand. This new storefront, taking over part of the former ESPN Zone building, will offer an extensive range of high-quality athletic wear, footwear, and accessories designed for yoga, running, training, and even golf and tennis enthusiasts. The shop will also feature an assortment of bags, gloves, hats, and fitness accessories, ensuring visitors can shop for both function and fashion.

Meanwhile, self-care lovers will be delighted by the addition of Nectar Life, a boutique dedicated to handcrafted, vegan, and plant-based bath and body products. Known for its bakery-inspired bath treats, Nectar Life will offer everything from whipped soaps and exfoliating body scrubs to a one-of-a-kind custom blending bar where guests can create their own personalized fragrances. Boba Fans Rejoice: Bopo Go! Brings Authentic Tea Culture to Downtown Disney

For those craving something refreshing, Bopo Go! is set to introduce a new café experience inspired by authentic Asian convenience stores. Created by the team behind the popular Bopomofo Café, this spot will serve top-quality boba teas made from real fruits, lactose-free milk, and natural sweeteners—no artificial ingredients allowed.

In addition to its signature drinks, Bopo Go! will also carry a selection of light bites, imported snacks, and Asian candies, making it a must-visit destination for those looking to indulge in a sweet or savory treat while strolling through Downtown Disney.

In a move that will thrill food lovers, two new restaurants from Michelin-starred chef Joe Isidori are set to make their debut at Downtown Disney.

Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon

Bringing a high-end dining experience to the district, Arthur & Sons will offer premium cuts of steak, fresh seafood, hearty sandwiches, and gourmet salads. The restaurant’s design features a sophisticated yet cozy interior with rich wood accents, plush seating, and an expansive bar specializing in handcrafted bourbon cocktails. For those who prefer a more laid-back, flavor-packed experience, Pearl’s Roadside BBQ will serve up traditional North Carolina-style barbecue with a chef-driven modern twist. Guests can look forward to slow-smoked pulled pork, beef brisket, and heritage turkey, all paired with house-made sauces. The restaurant’s design will reflect the charm of a vintage filling station turned into a bustling barbecue joint, complete with a spacious patio and Shine Bar, where guests can sip on craft beers and moonshine cocktails while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere.

Disneyland’s Downtown Disney expansion comes at a crucial time. With Universal’s Epic Universe set to open in Orlando next year, Disney is facing pressure to keep its parks and entertainment districts fresh, exciting, and competitive. Recent backlash over rising ticket prices, fewer perks, and a perceived decline in “Disney magic” has left many guests reconsidering their visits.

Downtown Disney Hopes To Bring Back Guests as Epic Universe Set To Break Theme Park Records

By focusing on elevated experiences, diverse dining options, and interactive shopping opportunities, Disneyland is aiming to recapture guest excitement and offer something new beyond traditional rides and attractions. While this may not directly address concerns about theme park pricing, it does create an incentive for guests to spend more time—and money—at the resort.

Is this enough to shift the tide in Disney’s favor? That remains to be seen. But with high-end shopping, unique dining concepts, and interactive experiences on the horizon, one thing is clear: Disneyland isn’t backing down from the fight.

For guests, this means more reasons to visit—and more ways to experience the magic, even before stepping inside the parks.

Since first stepping inside the Magic Kingdom at nine years old, I knew I was destined to be a theme Park enthusiast. Although I consider myself a theme Park junkie, I still have much to learn and discover about Disney. Universal Orlando Resort has my heart; being an Annual Passholder means visiting my favorite places on Earth when possible! When I’m not writing about Disney, Universal, or entertainment news, you’ll find me cruising on my motorcycle, hiking throughout my local metro parks, or spending quality time with my girlfriend, family, or friends.
