Fall is in the air! And Walt Disney World is your destination for fall flavors. Whether you’re looking for your pumpkin spice beverage fix, a hearty fall vegetable dish, or maybe a sweet Halloween treat, WDW has you covered! There are plenty of special opportunities to enjoy signature fall items: Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Wonderfall Flavors at Disney Springs, Food and Wine Festival all take place this time of year. Here are just a few of our favorite fall foods at Walt Disney World – but there are so many options that you’ll want to discover your own favorites!
1. Frozen Apple Pie Drink
If you’re visiting Walt Disney World during the fall, chances are Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival is on your list. And there is no shortage of fall flavors here! Check out the (non-alcoholic) Frozen Apple Pie beverage at the Shimmering Sips Mimosa Bar. Who doesn’t love a freshly baked slice of apple pie on a cold fall day? Of course, since Orlando fall days are rarely cold, this frozen twist on a fave is sure to hit the spot!
2. Muenster Smash Burger
One of the few non-dessert fall items at Walt Disney World, you’ll order the Muenster Smash Burger as much for its fun appearance as for its delicious taste! It’s a burger with muenster cheese and sriracha aioli, atop a black bun to give it a decidedly spooky appearance. Head to Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café on Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween party evenings to check this one out.
3. Halloween-Themed Candy Apples
You’ve probably seen Walt Disney World’s adorable candy apples at the Magic Kingdom’s Main Street Confectionery and Big Top Souvenirs. But did you know that Disney rolls out special Halloween-themed candy apples in the fall? Brave the spooky “poison” apple, or try a Mickey or Minnie apple dressed up as a ghost, pumpkin or witch – we can’t imagine a cuter snack! You can also get these treats to go (they make simply spooktacular gifts).

4. Zero Waffle Sundae
If Mickey Waffles are your breakfast go-to while on vacation in Walt Disney World, then you’ll definitely want to sample the fall version of this sweet treat! The Zero Waffle Sundae is available daily at Sleepy Hollow in the Magic Kingdom. There are two pumpkin spice waffles, accompanied by caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream and fun Halloween sprinkles. This is the perfect anytime snack!
5. Candy Corn Ice Cream and Milkshake
And here’s an item for Walt Disney World guests who aren’t a huge fan of pumpkin spice (we know you’re out there!). Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies, in the Magic Kingdom, offers Candy Corn Ice Cream all day until Halloween, and you can also get it as a milkshake (it tastes like toasted marshmallow, with yellow cotton candy). Get these tasty treats before they’re gone!
6. Fabulous Fall Butternut Squash Gnocchi
We’re head-over-heels for everything butternut squash! And this feel-good fall staple has a starring roll in the Fabulous Fall Butternut Squash Gnocchi, at Maria & Enzo’s in Disney Springs. You’ll find roasted butternut squash paired with handmade ricotta gnocchi, topped with parmesan cream sauce and pumpkin seed pesto. This cosy dish will definitely put you in a fall mood!
7. Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Drinks
While you’re at Walt Disney World’s Food and Wine Festival, make sure you stop by the Chocolate Studio (you can thank us later). This is the home of some very yummy items, not least of which are their two (yes, two!) pumpkin spice drinks. There’s a kid-friendly version (Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea and Chocolate Shake), and an adult take on everyone’s fall favorite (Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Frozen Cocktail with Caramel Vodka). Both are guaranteed to make you say “Mmmmmmm!”.
8. Pumpkin Crème Brûlée Tart
We think pumpkin and cheesecake make a simply magical combination. If you do too, you won’t want to miss the Pumpkin Crème Brûlée Tart at Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant in Disney Springs. The pumpkin is accented with pieces of fried cheesecake, and accompanied by caramel toile and chocolate ganache. This dreamy dessert has fall written all over it!
