4R Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck Officially Opens at Walt Disney World

We previously announced that 4 Rivers would be introducing a new food truck, 4R Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck to the Marketplace area of Disney Springs.  We have confirmed that the new food truck is officially open in Disney Springs. The inspiration for the cuisine comes from Mexico City with a barbacoa-style menu that will feature menu items like Taco Cones and Burrito Bowls.  The food options feature meats from 4 Rivers like brisket and pulled pork.  Don’t worry if you are a vegetarian or want a non-meat option, the Squash Blossom Burrito is a great option!  You will definitely want to save room for dessert so that you can check out the Dulce de Leche Churro Balls!

Here is a look at the lunch and dinner main food menu:

• Taco Cone: Choice of filling (Brisket Barbacoa, Nana’s Pork Sofrito, Chicken Tinga, Grilled Tri-Tip Steak, Black Beans & Rice), shredded lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, queso, cilantro, jalapeno and a lime wedge. – $9.99
• Burrito Bowl: Choice of filling (Brisket Barbacoa, Nana’s Pork Sofrito, Chicken Tinga, Grilled Tri-Tip Steak, Black Beans & Rice), black beans, salsa verde, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, queso fresco, cilantro, jalapeno, and corn tortilla strips. Served over your choice of rice or lettuce. – $10.99
• Tacos (2): Choice of filling (Brisket Barbacoa, Nana’s Pork Sofrito, Chicken Tinga, Grilled Tri-Tip Steak, Black Beans & Rice), tortilla chips, black beans, queso, pico de gallo, salsa verde, queso fresco and cilantro in a tortilla, with lime and jalapeño & cilantro. – $8.99 for 2 or $10.99 for 3
