Can you feel the love tonight? These couples sure can! Disney movies are full of inspiring, happy, and romantic couples. After all, at the heart of Disney is, well, the heart! Here are our favorite Disney couples:
1. Mickey and Minnie Mouse
The best couple. The ultimate relationship goals. The love affair above all love affairs. Mickey and Minnie have been together for a really, really long time and have been through everything as a pair. They represent classic romance and will always be at the top of our favorites list.
2. Bob and Helen Parr
While Mickey and Minnie represent classical romance, Bob (Mr. Incredible) and Helen (Elastigirl) from The Incredibles represent realistic marriage. There is nothing fairytale-like about their relationship. But what makes them great is their intense, steadfast love for each other even the midst of hardship. Their romance is real and beautiful.
3. Ellie and Carl Fredrickson
Possibly the shortest and most beloved love story Pixar has ever produced. Ellie and Carl from UP met as kids and instantly had a bond. Their relationship was based on adventure, and their love became one too. Through the heartbreaking realization that they couldn’t have children, to Ellie’s untimely death, Carl never stopped loving his wife.

4. Belle and Beast
…and all the prince and princesses really – Belle and Beast from Beauty and the Beast just happen to be my personal favorites. The prince and princesses exude romance. But I love Belle and Beast because of the journey they take together. They truly make each other better and their love was even strong enough to break the curse.
5. Rapunzel’s Parents
This couple is silent for the entire duration of Tangled, but I still adore them. They endure absolute tragedy together and never lose faith or love in each other. They remain together in the hardship with unfailing hope that their daughter will return. It’s their love that gets them through.
6. Hercules and Meg
Meg resisted Hercules’ affection for pretty much as long as possible. She’d been hurt before and didn’t want to feel that way again. But their love proved stronger than anything else when she sacrificed herself for him, and him for her. Plus he gave up being a god for her. That’s true love, friends.
7. Tarzan and Jane
“Ooo-ooh-ee-ah-ooo.” Have you ever heard anything more romantic? Tarzan and Jane make this list because of the risk and sacrifice they made for each other. While it wasn’t exactly love at first sight, these two fell hard and fast. They were both willing to give up their lives for each other and gain a new one instead.
8. Simba and Nala
Another classic. Simba and Nala from The Lion King were paired with each other when they were still cubs, but grew up as best friends. They were separated for a very long time, but when they were reunited, they realized their feelings went deeper. They balance each other and make the perfect royal couple.
9. Kermit and Miss Piggy
I’m not saying this is a list of the healthiest couples, just my favorites… Kermit and Miss Piggy aren’t exactly romantic together, but they are hilarious together. They constantly annoy each other and Kermit often seems to want an out, but at the end of the day the love is still there.
10. Fix-It-Felix and Calhoun
Talk about opposites attract! Felix from Wreck-It-Ralph is a go-getter. He’s optimistic and peppy and happy. Calhoun is about exactly the opposite. She’s a military woman who has had her heart crushed before. But somehow they work together and fit perfectly.
