Guests who visit Walt Disney World spend lots of time exploring the theme parks and enjoying unique attractions, entertainment, dining, and shopping. 9. Buzz Lightyear in Tomorrowland
Tomorrowland in the Magic Kingdom is home to Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin which invites guests to join Star Command and help to defeat the Evil Emperor Zurg. After trying to beat their top score and become galactic heroes, guests emerge back in Tomorrowland right near a meet and greet with the hero himself. Guests can enjoy a unique meet and greet with Buzz Lightyear and pose for photos right outside of his very own attraction.
8. Alice In The UK
Epcot’s World Showcase is home to the UK Pavilion where guests can enjoy classic architecture and culture in beautiful surroundings. Alice from the Disney animated classic Alice in Wonderland can be found greeting guests in the pavilion throughout each day. Dressed in her classic blue dress and white apron, Alice is a great character to meet while enjoying time in Epcot.
7. Donald in Mexico
Also found in World Showcase is a familiar character in unique garb. The Mexico Pavilion is home to The Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros which features Jose and Panchito traveling across Mexico in search of Donald. Outside in the pavilion, guests can stop at a meet and greet which features Donald in his sarape and sombrero with a beautiful background featuring traditional Mexican carvings.
6. Pocahontas in the Character Landing
Disney’s Animal Kingdom is home to several unique character meet and greets including one found on Discovery Island. Guests who are fans of Pocahontas can meet her at the Character Landing. With a beautiful background of lush greenery and nature, meeting Pocahontas is sure to be a memorable experience for any guest.

5. Russell at Discovery Island
Also found on Discovery Island in Disney’s Animal Kingdom is a loveable Russell, the Wilderness Explorer from the Pixar hit film Up. Russell can be found doling out hugs and Wilderness Explorer tips to willing guests.
4. Baloo And King Louie At Upcountry Landing
Guests who spend time in Disney’s Animal Kingdom can encounter several hard to find characters including a duo from the classic Disney animated film The Jungle Book. King Louie and Baloo can be found in the Asia section of the park at Upcountry Landing waiting to give guests hugs and pose for photographs. With such a silly pair, guests never know what might happen when hanging out with Baloo and King Louie!
3. Mary Poppins near Cinderella Castle
The hub found at the end of Main Street in the Magic Kingdom features beautiful gardens, fountains, and views of Cinderella Castle which guests are sure to love. While walking through the hub area, guests can enjoy a small meet and greet area in the grass with a classic Disney character. 2. Aladdin and Jasmine in Morocco
The Morocco Pavilion in World Showcase is designed for guests to feel as though they are walking through the streets of a small town in the country, complete with open air market shops and beautiful architecture. Located in the rear of the pavilion, guests can enjoy a unique meet and greet with two characters who are from Morocco. Aladdin and Jasmine are waiting to meet with guests and tell them all about their amazing adventures.
1. Flik in Discovery Island
Discovery Island in Disney’s Animal Kingdom is home to the attraction It’s Tough to be a Bug which features a 3D show teaching guests about the importance of insects in the environment. The show is hosted by Flik from the Pixar film A Bug’s Life and the loveable character can also be found in a unique meet and greet nearby.
