Tropical Slush

This Tropical Slush with lime, coconut, and pineapple flavors is the perfect thirst-quencher for a hot summer day. Fancy it up by serving in hollowed pineapples with a cherry on top!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 gallon lime sherbet
  • 1/2 gallon pineapple sherbet
  • 2 liters 7-up
  • 6 ounces  frozen pineapple juice
  • 6 ounces  frozen limeade
  • 7 1/2 ounces Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
Garnishes (optional)
  • pineapple slices
  • whipped cream
  • maraschino cherries

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Allow sherbets to soften slightly.
  2. Step 2: Mash sherbets, frozen juices, 7-up, and cream of coconut together.
  3. Step 3: Serve in cups or hollowed out pineapples.
