Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • cups coconut water
  • ½ cup milk (or almond milk)
  • ½ cup shredded sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Place all ingredients into a high-powered.

  2. Step 2: Blend until all the ingredients and combined and smooth.
