Disney solved this problem by introducing their PhotoPass service which is guaranteed to leave guests with perfect lasting memories once they return home. Scattered throughout the theme parks, Disney Springs, and Disney Resorts are PhotoPass Cast Members who have advanced cameras and are ready to take photos of guests. The photos taken by the PhotoPass Cast Members are then linked to a guest’s My Disney Experience App and can be purchased with the Memory Maker Package. What many guests don’t know is that many of the PhotoPass Cast Members are happy to take an additional photo with the guest’s own camera for no charge! This allows guests to have the same photos taken on the professional cameras on their own cameras without the charge of Memory Maker!
