5. Japan’s Gate – While Future World in Epcot celebrates technology and nature, World Showcase features eleven different pavilions that each bring a country from around the world to life. The Japan Pavilion is a favorite of many guests thanks to its incredible dining options, shopping, culture, gardens, architecture, history, and entertainment. While there are countless amazing photo opportunities throughout the Japan Pavilion, the best option can be found in the front of the area along the shores of World Showcase Lagoon. There guests can look out in the water and enjoy a beautiful Torii Gate that features red pillars, a curved top, and barnacles along the bottom. While the Torii Gate alone is a fantastic background for a photo, guests who stand at the right angle can additionally feature Spaceship Earth either next to the Torii Gate or framed by it.
