4. Spaceship Earth – No building in Epcot is as recognizable and iconic as Spaceship Earth. The geodesic sphere is located just inside the main entrance of the park in Future World and is covered in over eleven thousand geometric silver triangles. While the exterior of the structure is impressive, guests are always amazed that inside is a fully functioning attraction! The attraction Spaceship Earth brings guests on a journey from the beginning of time to modern day to celebrate the history of communication. Since Spaceship Earth is so massive, guests can spot it from many different vantages throughout Epcot, making it the perfect background for a wonderful photo. One of the best places to pose with Spaceship Earth in the background is just inside the main entrance to the park where guests can often find a PhotoPass Cast Member who can capture the perfect moment complete with beautiful flower beds in the background as well.
