10.) The Edison
The Edison is one of the newest additions to Disney Springs’ restaurant line-up. It opened in January of 2018 and has been the “it” place ever since. This fun new hotspot is perfect, whether for lunch, dinner, date night, girls’ night, birthdays or other celebrations. There is absolutely nothing on the menu that’s bad, so be brave and try something new. As an appetizer, try the Clothesline Candied Bacon—it’s fabulous, and it really is a serving of candied bacon strips hanging from what looks like a miniature clothesline. If you’re really hungry, order the Edison burger—it’s huge! There’s plenty for two to share, but if you eat the whole burger yourself, we won’t judge. The grilled cheese and tomato soup are fabulous—and not your usual grilled cheese at all! For dessert, try the Lollipop Tree and enjoy cheesecake pops rolled in all kinds of delicious toppings with bubble gum whipped cream for dipping! At night, the Edison becomes a 21 and up venue. There’s entertainment including an aerial contortionist, tap dancers, a live DJ, dance floor and more!
