8) Kilimanjaro Safaris
Guests who’ve ever wanted to take their kids to see animals of all kinds—but are looking for something more spectacular than the zoo—will appreciate this fascinating attraction. The adventure begins when Guests board an open-air safari truck that’s big enough to carry 32 safari enthusiasts out to the Harambe Wildlife Preserve where more than 30 different species of exotic African wildlife roam, soak up the sun and occasionally pose for photographs. No two treks are the same because of the animals’ ability to roam freely and participate naturally in their habitats. On this incredible journey, Guests can see antelopes, baboons, crocodiles, cheetahs, giraffes, hyenas, lions, white rhinos, wildebeests, zebras and more. Photography is allowed and encouraged.
FastPass+ times are available for this attraction, but it’s not always necessary to use one, unless you’re enjoying this adventure during well-attended seasons of the year.
