Dwayne Johnson, a former WWE champion, is today better known for his wildly successful acting career. He’s among the highest-paid actors in Hollywood, having starred in films like The Mummy Returns (2001), The Scorpion King (2002), DOOM (2005), The Game Plan (2007), Get Smart (2008), Race to Witch Mountain (2009), Tooth Fairy (2010), Moana (2016), Jungle Cruise (2021) and others. But his past life as a wrestler is what is currently in the mainstream media spotlight.

Former Total Nonstop Action (TNA) wrestler Trenesha Biggers, also known by her ring name, Rhaka Khan, is pursuing legal action against Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson in October 2022, accusing him of being part of an elaborate plot to kidnap Biggers’ children. Rhaka Khan alleges that Dwayne Johnson conspired with multiple other defendants to take her children from her. In late April 2023, Biggers was given the green light to proceed with her case. But two things about the lawsuit have the defendants, attorneys, and the general public trying their hands at Johnson’s trademark eyebrow raise, as the allegations sound like a complete transference of blame–if not complete and total nonsense.

First, the allegations sound questionable at best. Biggers claims Dwayne Johnson and others, including his ex-wife Dany Garcia, with whom he purchased the XFL franchise, conspired to kidnap her, as well as her children. What’s the background story? There isn’t one, except for some issues with child custody, for which Biggers still has a bench warrant attached to her name. Those issues, however, don’t involve Johnson or Dany Garcia.

The complaint is almost 50 pages long, and the list of defendants takes up a majority of those pages. In addition to naming Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as an alleged perpetrator, the former wrestler listed multiple other WWE personalities who she says played a part in the alleged conspiracy to kidnap her and her family, including “The Miz,” Nikki Bella, Maryse, Heath Miller, and Mark Jindrak.

In the lawsuit, Biggers further named the State of Texas, The El Paso Child Protective Services, the FBI, The Las Cruces, New Mexico Police Department, The NYPD, The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Chris Benoit, Michael Jordan, New York ACS, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., the Shirley Police Department, Sigma Phi Epsilon, and Suffolk County, New York, as defendants in the case, alleging that they, too, were accomplices in the alleged criminal plot against her.

In a complaint that reads more strangely than fiction, Biggers also reportedly alleges that Johnson played a key role in orchestrating a kidnapping of Biggers from her home in Tampa, Florida.

Now, however, Johnson has reportedly responded to Biggers’ allegations in a statement via his legal counsel that reads, in part, that he “categorically [denies] any involvement in the alleged incident.” Johnson added that he looked forward to having his name cleared in a court of law.

The report at FilmMyCharcha.com gives more details about the legal scenario playing out for the former WWE star:

“Dwayne Johnson [is a] target of serious allegations that necessitate a comprehensive investigation. It’s crucial to keep in mind that they are merely accusations, and both sides have the right to produce their supporting documentation in a court of law. Even while the truth might not surface right away, it’s critical that we continue to pursue justice and responsibility.

It’s crucial to take into account the effects that accusations can have on both the accuser and the accused, as the claims against Johnson . . . are still being examined and contested.”

At this time, no court date has been assigned.
