Beware of These 10 Things at Walt Disney World

3) Motion sickness

Attractions at the Disney parks are second to none in quality and experience. Disney boasts the best coasters, the best shows and the best simulated experiences. But some of those attractions can be tough on Guests who are plagued by motion sickness. Roller coasters are definitely no friend of those who get motion-sick, and even experiences in which your body is mostly still, but your eyes and mind play tricks on you can cause nausea, dizziness and sometimes vomiting.

A few popular attractions to avoid if you often fall victim to motion sickness are Avatar: Flight of Passage, Soarin’, Star Tours, Rock’n’Roll Roller Coaster, Expedition Everest, Space Mountain, Tower of Terror and the Seven Dwarfs’ Mine Train. If you can’t imagine coming to Disney and skimping on the attractions, be sure to take a medication for motion sickness well before you embark on a plummeting, spinning, dropping, flying or loop-di-looping attraction.
