10) Stay in Shape
Just because you are on vacation does not mean that you can take a break from your fitness routine. Fortunately, it is easy to stay in shape at Walt Disney World. Several of the resorts have fitness centers so that you can keep up with your normal workout. There are miles of jogging and walking trails on Walt Disney World property, and you don't have to be staying at any of the resorts in order to use them. You can rent a bike if you'd prefer. If you want a workout for your legs that your whole family will love, consider renting a surrey bike. You'll feel it the next day! If you include yoga in your workout you won't have to go it alone. Sunrise Yoga is offered to guests staying at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort. It's held Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00am. The class is for all ages and fitness levels. Towels and mats are provided.
