6) Living with the Land Lettuce – Also found on the lower level of The Land Pavilion is a serene and educational attraction which showcases to guests the beauty and importance of the land. Living with the Land has guests board boats and set sail through different types of environments to showcase how the land can thrive in many different places. Guests then travel through beautiful greenhouses where vegetation is being grown in new and innovative ways. While moving through one of the greenhouses, guests will notice large tables of lettuce growing on each side of the boat. The lettuce is actually being grown using hydroponic technology and is strategically placed to either form the Epcot logo or a massive classic Hidden Mickey!
