This quick service option was once the RDA mess hall, but has been taken over by Alpha Centauri Expeditions. The food is delicious. All three meals are served. Breakfast includes traditional items such as French Toast and more creative choices like Breakfast Steamed Pod. The lunch and dinner menu is the same, and this is where Satu'li Canteen shines. A popular choice is the Build Your own Bowl option. You'll pick a protein, a base, and a sauce. It's served with Vegetable Slaw and Boba Balls. The Steamed Pods are also a good choice.
