9) Two Finger Point

If you are parking your car or asking for directions you might notice that the Cast Member uses two fingers to point instead of just his or her index finger. Sometimes the point is with the whole hand and the palm open. There are two reasons that Cast Members are not allowed to use a one fingered point. The first is because pointing with one finger is considered impolite in some cultures. The second reason is practical. If someone points with two fingers, it is easier to see. It is rare to see a Cast Member point with one finger by mistake. If it does happen, it will be corrected as soon as a superior sees it.
