13. Not all dining promotions offer “free dining.” Dining at Disney World isn’t usually free. Even when you take advantage of the “free dining” promotion, there are limitations to the promotion. And though the free dining promotion is usually a good thing, it may not cover every single thing you eat in the parks. For example, some plans in the promotion only cover meals at quick-service restaurants and not at table-service restaurants.
