1) Your Smile
Whether or not you have a fantastic vacation is ultimately up to you. A day at any of the Disney Parks will require patience, so know that before you leave home. Be prepared ahead of time and know that not everything will go according to plan. You'll wait in lines that are longer than you'd like, the parks could be crowded, people will cut you off, and they could be out of the T-shirt that you want in your size. Do not let things that don't go exactly how you planned ruin your day. If the line for Space Mountain is too long, ride the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover instead. If you couldn't get a great spot on Main Street, U.S.A. for Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade, ask a Cast Member is there is another viewing area that might be less crowded. If you couldn't buy the T-shirt that you wanted, look in another store or find another fun design. Don't sweat the small stuff, and allow yourself to have an incredible time, even when something doesn't go the way that you had hoped. Smiles are contagious. Be nice to the people around you, and then everyone will have a better day. Remember as well to be nice to Cast Members. They put up with a lot of junk from people all day long. A smile and a thank you could make a Cast Member's day.
