5) Weigh the Disney Dining Plan
The Disney Dining Plan is a way to pay for your meals as part of a Magic Your Way vacation package. You must be staying on property in order to use the DDP, and it must be for the entire length of your stay. Disney counts nights, not days, on the plan. There are currently three versions of the Disney Dining Plan. The Quick Service Plan includes two counter service meals and two snacks per night. The Standard Plan includes one counter service meal, one table service meal, and two snacks per night. The Deluxe Plan includes three meals (counter or table service) and two snacks per night. If you love character meals, the Standard Disney Dining Plan might not be a bad idea. The meals out of pocket are pricey, but most count as one table service credit on the Disney Dining Plan. Be warned, the dinner shows as well as Cinderella's Royal Table will cost you two table service credits, as will many signature restaurants. You won't save money that way. (Photo Credit Disney)
