8. Replicas play a big role on the World Showcase.
As you tour the World Showcase, you will notice replicas of many famous buildings and structures in different countries’ pavilions. In the United Kingdom pavilion, the Tea Caddy Shop was patterned after the home of Anne Hathaway (William Shakespeare’s wife). The Torii Gateway in the Japan pavilion is a replica of the one in Hiroshima, and the France pavilion has—of course—a replica of the Eiffel Tower that stands only 103 feet tall.
