2) Rookies don’t realize they can take care of Dis-ness.
In addition to all of the shopping, entertainment and dining opportunities at Disney Springs, there is also a Disney Guest Relations location, as well as a PhotoPass “help desk” (that’s what I like to call it!). At Guest Relations, you can purchase tickets, upgrade your park tickets, get help with a rogue MagicBand, get directions, find answers to your questions (those guys know everything!) and more. At the PhotoPass location, you can get help with your PhotoPass pictures, purchase Memory Maker and more. Disney Springs is a great place to take care of all of your Dis-ness, rather than doing so during valuable park time! (Photo credit: Disney)
