4.) Book a flight with Star Tours
If you like Avatar: Flight of Passage at Animal Kingdom and Soarin’ Around the World at EPCOT, you’ll love Star Tours, as it too is a simulation experience. You don’t have to be a Star Wars fan to appreciate this attraction. Star Tours is a 3D simulated space flight that takes Guests to destinations that are part of the Star Wars saga. Put on your 3D glasses and make your way to your seat aboard the StarSpeeder 1000. Then buckle up and wait for C-3PO to finish his work in the cockpit before take-off. But don’t be surprised if you realize that the doors to the StarSpeeder have closed, and before C-3PO is finished! C-3PO is not too experienced with flying a ship like this one, and the spacecraft takes off (in reverse sometimes!), so you’ll want to hold on tight for a fast flight with sudden drops and quick turns. FastPass+ service is available for this attraction, and you’ll need to secure one during peak seasons because the attraction is very popular.
