12 Do’s and Don’ts for Making Your Schedule at Walt Disney World

4.) DO make your FastPass+ selections in advance.

Like your dining reservations, FastPass+ selections are very important. If you’re staying on Disney property during your vacation, you can make those selections 60 days in advance of your trip. If you’re staying elsewhere, you can still make your selections 30 days in advance. And it’s not only a courtesy on the part of Disney—it’s really a necessity for some attractions, especially if you’re planning a visit during peak times in the parks. Pandora’s Flight of Passage at Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom’s Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, EPCOT’s Frozen Ever After, Mission: SPACE and Test Track are just five examples of attractions that are extremely popular among Guests. If you want to spend the least amount of time in the queues as possible, be sure to login to the My Disney Experience app and choose your daily 3 FastPass+ selections long before you get to the parks.
