6) Matsuriza – The Japan Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase is home to truly beautiful architecture and landscaping that bring the charm and beauty of the country to life. Guests who explore all the pavilion has to offer can dine at full service restaurants, enjoy shopping in the massive Mitsukoshi Department Store, and pose for a photo in front of a beautiful gate with Spaceship Earth and World Showcase Lagoon in the background. While all of those experiences are amazing, guests should be sure to not miss out on some amazing live entertainment that happens right in the front of the Japan Pavilion underneath the massive pagoda. Matsuriza is an ensemble that performs several times each afternoon in World Showcase by rhythmically playing massive Japanese Taiko drums. The show begins with slow beating of the drums, but intensifies in pace and difficulty as the performance progresses. The Matsuriza are an amazing group to watch and definitely can’t be missed on a day in Epcot’s World Showcase. (Photo credit: Disney)
