10 Tips and Tricks for Using Walt Disney World’s FastPass+ System

1. Be careful not to plan too rigidly. While the FastPass+ system allows Guests to lessen their wait times and be guaranteed an experience that particular day in that particular park, it can be a deterrent—if you use it to become too rigid in your vacation planning. We all know that planning is key when it comes to a Disney World vacation, but it is possible to over-plan. Over-planning takes place when you center your entire trip around your FastPass+ selections. (If that’s how you roll, that’s fine too.) But sometimes Guests are so rigid in their trip planning by only visiting the park with certain FastPass+ times available, or by centering their entire day’s experiences around those 3 FastPass+ times.
