2. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
The annual Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) runs until a couple of days before Christmas. This year, the last party date is December 21. It’s one of the most crowded special events at the parks, and it sells out very quickly. If you plan to attend, you’ll have to purchase a special event ticket in addition to Magic Kingdom park admission. The event begins at 7:00 p.m. and ends at midnight on select nights. During MVMCP, only Guests with tickets to the event are permitted inside Magic Kingdom. Party Guests enjoy cookies and hot cocoa and see a spectacular holiday parade featuring Disney pals, wooden soldiers, gingerbread men, Santa and even his elves. Guests experience the backdrop of Cinderella Castle alive with holiday splendor, complete with icicles hanging from the castle!
