4. School Bread -- One of the absolute best places to enjoy a wide array of iconic snacks and treats is Epcot’s World Showcase. The area is home to eleven countries that each feature at least one full service and one full service dining location in addition to snack carts and more. While there are plenty of delicious iconic options to choose from, one of the most beloved snacks can be found in the heart of the Norway Pavilion. Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe offers up delicious pastries, sandwiches, and drinks that are inspired by the flavors and traditions of Norway and School Bread is by far the most popular item on the menu. School Bread consists of a sweet cardamom bun filled with vanilla cream custard and topped with flaky bits of glazed and toasted coconut. The combination of the spiced bun with the rich and creamy center and crunchy sweet toppings makes for the absolute best treat to enjoy in the Norway Pavilion. Guests who would like to enjoy School Bread can do so in an open air seating area just behind Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe that offers wonderful views of World Showcase Lagoon.
