- Drive-In Movies -- In addition to the 50’s Prime Time Café, Disney’s Hollywood Studios features several other full service dining locations including another option that also brings the 1950s to life in a different way. The Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner in the Commissary Lane section of the park and is very popular with guests thanks to its unique atmosphere. Guests who dine in the location always find themselves at a 50s style drive-in theater where it is always nighttime and the screen is always airing sci-fi clips. Tables at the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant are vintage cars that features three rows with built in tables all facing the screen.
Servers tend to guests inside the cars just like at an old drive-in, and the clips played range from cartoons to previews for sci-fi movies of the era. While the feel of the location is vintage, the cuisine is certainly more up to date with wonderful options that guests will love including Fried Dill Pickles, Southern Burger, Chili-Lime-Salmon Fajita Salad, Blackened Shrimp Pasta, Flame-Broiled New York Strip Steak, House-Smoked St. Lois Style Pork Ribs, Vegetarian Falafel Burger, and Drive-In Barbecue Burger.
