Walt Disney World’s Paddlefish to Host Crab Dinner Rooftop Dining Event

For all of you foodies out there, you will definitely want to check this out.  Paddlefish is one of the amazing restaurants located in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World.  The rooftop deck at the restaurant has been the home to many amazing dining events and it looks like they have another one coming up in February.  This event will feature a four-course crab dinner created by Executive Chef Steven Richard.  This rooftop dining event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, February 21st, starting at 7 PM.  The event will cost $75 per person to attend (including tax and gratuity).

Here is a look at the amazing menu for the meal:

Starter: Snow crab claws with garlic butter

  • Sparkling, Cava Mass fi

First Course: Crab Salad with bacon, avocado, tomato, Louie dressing

  • Pairing: Rose, Muga

Second Course: Etoutfee with lump crab, shrimp, crawfish

  • Pairing: Chardonnay, Textbook

Third Course: Surf & Turf with miso pork, ling crab claws

  • Pairing: Pinot Gris, Mc. Murray

Dessert: Espresso Crème Brulee & Hot chocolate with cream sherry, alvear cream

Guests must be at least 21 and older in order to attend the event.  Space for the event will be limited, so guests will want to make there reservations soon.  They can make them online at the Eventbrite website.
