Walt Disney World to Expand Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique

We have very exciting news for all of the “wannabe royals” out there!  Disney Parks Blog announced that Walt Disney World would be expanding the very popular Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.  There will be a new Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique location that is set to open at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa at some point this summer.  The location will be the third location for Walt Disney World.  It is set to be located where Ivy Trellis Salon is at in the main building of the resort.  For those of you that are fans of Ivy Trellis Salon, you will be glad to know that the location isn’t closing, but will be moved to Senses – A Disney Spa, also on property at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

In the space where Ivy Trellis currently resides, Disney has plans to start work in the spring to expand the location so that it will offer more chairs, a special magic mirror and an experience that will allow guests to transform with outfits and accessories.  The other 2 Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique locations will remain open during all of the renovation and prep on the new location.

If you aren’t familiar with Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, the two existing locations are found within Magic Kingdom Park and Disney Springs.  Guests ages 3 to 12 work with their Fairy Godmother-in-Training to enjoy a magical makeover to complete their royal transformation.  There are a variety of services offered like hair styling, nail polish, accessories, gowns and more.  The prices vary depending on the package that is selected.

We will keep you posted as we learn more about the new location! What do you all think of another Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique location coming to Walt Disney World?
