Walt Disney World Increasing Select Food and Beverage Prices

For all of you that pay attention to the individual prices of some of the food and beverage items, you may notice some changes around Walt Disney World.  We have heard various reports that there are price increases taking place for some of the snacks, as well as bottled water and bottled sodas.  Let’s start with the bottled beverages… we have heard that bottles sodas increased in price from $3.50 to $4.25.  Bottled water price as also increased from $3.00 to $3.50.  The Mickey ice cream bars and ice cream sandwiches are extremely popular on property, and we are hearing that they increased from $5.00 to $5.75.

There have also been changed to other beverages, too.  Prices have increased for coffee, tea and cocoa within Mobile Order in My Disney Experience.  There have also been price increases seen for the kids’ meals found at many of the quick service locations on property.  Each of the meals with price increases have gone up around 20 cents for each type of meal.

Of course we will keep you posted as we learn about other major changes.  These are the reports that we have heard at the time of this post.  Keep an eye out while you are out and about in the parks to pay attention for various price changes that are underway.

What do you all think of these latest price changes?
