If you are a fan of live performances, you are in for a magical experience at Walt Disney World. Throughout many of the four main theme parks and even at some of the Disney resorts, guests can enjoy live performances. Some performances are Broadway level performances, while others will leave you with tears in your eyes from laughter.  Either way you won’t want to miss these live performances on your next Walt Disney World vacation.

9. Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy

The newest adventure in Hollywood Studios is Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy. Join McQueen as he shows off his tricks and tips for being the best racer around. Using his wrap around screen and simulator, McQueen teaches the audience all about racing. Afterwards, guests can enjoy a dance party with DJ’s Ready! Set! Party Time! Here guests can dance and play car themed games. Guests are sure to love this upbeat, exciting performance.

8. Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It!  Street Party

Get ready for a high energy party with the Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! Street Party. This party takes place multiple times a day down Main Street USA stopping outside Cinderella’s Castle in the Magic Kingdom. Guests can celebrate with Mickey and Minnie in this fun, music and dance filled party. Practice those dance moves so you can party alongside your favorite characters.

7. For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing Along

Located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, this Frozen sing along is a must see for guests of all ages. Join the royal historians of Arendelle as they tell the story of the beloved sisters Elsa and Anna. 6. Beauty and the Beast

Also located at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast- Live on Stage brings to life the magical enchantment of Belle and her beast. Enjoy great dancing, songs and costumes in this 25-minute show. Little ones will love seeing the beast transform throughout the performance.

5. Finding Nemo the Musical

Finding Nemo: The Musical is located in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This 40-minute show brings to life the story of Nemo and his dad through new, moving musical pieces. Guests will be amazed by the magical puppets that are larger than life, the special effects and outstanding set all used to take guests under the sea. This is a great option for those looking for an escape from the heat of the day.

4. Festival of the Lion King

Located in the Africa section of Animal Kingdom, Festival of the Lion King is an upbeat show guests won’t want to miss. 1. Dapper Dans

Found throughout Main Street USA in the Magic Kingdom, Dapper Dans is a barbershop quartet. Singing in harmony and tap dancing as well, these four bring smiles and humor to the streets of Magic Kingdom. Listen for your favorite song such as “Zip-a-Dee Doo Dah” or “If You’re Happy and You Know It”. If you happen upon the Dapper Dans, make sure to stop and enjoy the magic.
