5. Why is there a limit on some of the merchandise?
Some of the merchandise is in such high demand that without that limit the items would be sold out within the first hour after park opening. Disney does not like to disappoint their guests and want to provide the merchandise to them when they visit the parks. Frozen merchandise and Disney-Vera Bradley merchandise has been limited in the past.
4. Can I get my packages sent to my Disney resort room?
You can have it delivered to your Disney World resort as long as you are not checking out today or tomorrow. Let the Cast Member know when you are checking out that you would like to do this. It can take up to two days for the items to be delivered to your home resort gift shop. You will need to take your copy of your receipt to the gift shop and pick it up. You should receive a phone message from the gift shop that your package is there and ready to be picked up. It will not be delivered to your room. You also have the option of having your purchases available for pick-up at the front of the park when you are ready to exit. There are some items that they will not be responsible for with either of these options that included items that will melt, items that will break, and items that are alive (such as the Bonsai trees in Japan, Epcot).
3. Will Disney ship my packages?
Yes! You can have your theme park, Disney resort, or Disney Springs purchases shipped via UPS or Fed Ex for an additional fee. If you want to pack up items yourself you can ship them at the front desk of your Disney resort. If you need boxes and packing materials you can find those at the convention resorts such as Contemporary, Yacht Club, etc. Your resort Guest Services can help you locate shipping materials and assist you with the shipping. If you are shipping your Walt Disney World resort purchased items you can do that at the time of purchase and they will do the packing and shipping for you.

They will help you to find the exact item you are looking for and you will be able to purchase it. The more you know about the item, such as what park, shop it is in, the SKU on price tag, price, etc. will make it more likely that you will find it.
