We all have bad days. The good news is thereā€™s a cure for those breakups, Mondays, and post-vacation jet lag – Disney music. Here is the definitive bad day playlist, Disney style.

10. You’ve Got a Friend in Me – Toy Story:

There’s nothing better than hearing from a friend when you’re having a bad day. Sometimes that call or text comes right when you need it the most. “You’ve Got a Friend in Me” is one of those songs that reminds you there’s always someone looking out for you, through thick and thin.

This song will surely bring the inner tough guy out of anyone. After a bad day, all you’ll want to do is go defeat the Huns.

8. True to Your Heart – Mulan:

Fun fact: this song has always been a guilty pleasure of mine. Whenever I’m feeling down, I crank up this 98 Degrees song and have a mini jam session. The best thing to remember on a bad day is to stay true to your heart; remember, it’s a bad day, not a bad life. (Cheesy yes, but true.)

7. Hakuna Matata – The Lion King:

Hakuna matata – it means no worries! No matter how bad of a day you’re having, this song reminds you to not take life so seriously all the time.

6. Zero to Hero – Hercules:

In this story, Hercules overcomes his flaws to become a true hero. In the same way, you can overcome your bad day and go from zero to hero yourself.

This song is the ultimate jam. Bad mood, good mood, whatever mood, it’s sure to make you want to get up and conquer the rest of the day like a boss.

This Phil Collins song gets me every time. If you haven’t heard this one yet, please do; it’s a reminder that life is constantly changing – you’re on your way to better days.

if you’re having a bad day, just remember one thing – there’s a great, big, beautiful tomorrow shining at the end of every day! Some bad days feel like they will never end, but trust me, tomorrow will be better. Just turn up the Disney tunes and let the music cure your bad day blues.
