Take a Peek at the Art Coming to Walt Disney World’s Riviera Resort

Disney’s Riviera Resort looks like it will be an amazing addition to the resorts located at Walt Disney World.  The resort will have a European theme, but done in a Disney way.  Disney Parks Blog shared a look at some of the European-themed art and décor that we will get to see throughout Disney’s Riviera Resort.  The resort is currently expected to open in the Fall of 2019.  The art displayed below will be in some of the villas for this amazing, 15th Disney Vacation Club Resort.

Throughout the resort and within the villas, there will be a variety of art including Disney concept art with European settings, posters of Disney films as released in Europe, archival photography of Walt’s travels throughout the region, and references to the ephemera and book titles Walt gathered on his journeys.

There were also 40 signature art pieces that were created just for Disney’s Riviera Resort featuring unique Disney character art inspired by the renowned artistic heritage found along the shores of the European Riviera. You’ll get to see so many of your favorite Disney characters reflected in the newly created master artistry, too!
