For the 7th year in a row, the Swan and Dolphin Resort at Walt Disney World will host their Food & Wine Classic. The event will be held on October 28-29. The event will include 50 locations to indulge in food and wine offerings. There will also be demonstrations and meet-and-greets with renowned chefs. The first is Todd English, an award-winning chef. You might recognize his name from the Todd English’s Bluezoo Restaurant right there at the resort. The second is Laurent Brandlard, the World Champion Pastry Chef for two years.
