Sebastian’s Bistro at Walt Disney World to Discontinue Lunch Service

Sebastian’s Bistro is one of the newer table service restaurant locations to join the Walt Disney World family.  It was one of the restaurants added at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort with all of the updates and construction taking place at the resort.  When the restaurant first opened in October 2018, it offered lunch and dinner services.  We have now learned that the lunch service will be discontinued.  The service is currently expected to be discontinued starting on January 27th, 2019.  Starting on this date the location will only offer dinner service, which runs from 5 PM through 10 PM each day.

Guests that want to enjoy lunch at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort can check out Spyglass Grill, Centertown Market and the Banana Cabana pool bar.  Guests will want to check the opening times since they do vary across the locations.  The change to discontinue the lunch service is likely due to the fact that many of the fast casual options are more popular during the lunch hours since they allow guests to be more flexible in their time and scheduling.

Who out there has already dined at Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort?
